Kumquats are synonymous with Corfu and have been cultivated on the island for generations.
This authentic marmalade is made using whole kumquats, sugar and lemon juice to create a rich preserve bursting with vibrant citrus character. Sweet, tangy and slightly bitter, it offers a uniquely Mediterranean flavour that sets it apart from traditional orange marmalades.

Brilliant service, quick delivery and fantastic products. The garlic oil is pungent and heady, the chilli oil is definitely punchy and the plain olive oil is just truly delicious. Just received the basil oil which has the most amazing taste. They are all creamy and green and rich with flavour and a treat with any food. So glad I saw the segment on James Martin bringing this oil to my attention and I'm looking forward to a long association with the lovely people at Wise Tree Oil especially Paul who has been an absolute pleasure to deal with and looking forward to catching up with him at Florence Market in Brighton (2nd Saturday of the month)

I bought the truffle oil and basil oil. Wow James Martin was right, what fantastic flavours. Can’t wait to try the other flavours, including the Wise Tree virgin oil.

Absolutely fantastic! After seeing the oils on James Martin’s Saturday Kitchen (and all the guests delight with the tastes) I ordered a selection and am so impressed. From the contact from Paul with the order updates and then the arrival of the oils. They taste delicious. Absolutely cannot pick a favourite and am officially addicted! The taste takes you back to being on your hollibobs and enjoying perfect olive oils.
